For nearly a century, Big Creek Lodge has been a place to experience the true nature of wilderness alongside simple creature comforts. When a fire took away this beloved destination for pilots and recreationists, the Idaho Aviation Foundation made it their mission to bring this unforgettable experience back to life. Built in partnership with the Payette National Forest, Big Creek Lodge is designed to be a nonprofit public resource for generations to enjoy.
Now, Big Creek Lodge is here to stay. Open mid-May through mid-October, with seasons varying due to weather (see booking for exact dates of operation), we offer a range of lodging and meal options, with other perks to boot.
